Filk began as the folk music of science fiction and fantasy fandom. (It’s grown a bit since then.)
About Interfilk
Interfilk promotes cultural exchange through filk music. We also support filk conventions with guests. Interfilk is a registered non-profit organization.
Interfilk Guests
To support cultural exchange, Interfilk sends noteworthy filkers to be guests at conventions outside their home region.
Mini-Grants
To promote growth of the community, Interfilk makes small grants available to assist people up to age 35 to attend filking at events.
